Donation Refund Policy

- Technical Errors: If a transaction was processed incorrectly due to a technical issue.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, donors must send a written request within 7 days of the transaction, along with the following details:

- Contact Information
- Transaction ID or Payment Proof
- Reason for the Refund Request

Merchandise Return Policy
If you have purchased any merchandise or products through our NGO for fundraising purposes, returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
